When designing an electrical system, the choice of the enclosure cannot be left to chance. A custom cabinet or enclosure for electrical control panels is not just a housing: it is an engineered solution that integrates protection, functionality and regulatory compliance, clearly distinguishing itself from standard market solutions.

For electrical installers, system integrators and designers, relying on custom metal enclosures means being able to respond precisely to project specifications, optimize space, simplify installation and ensure long-term safety. At elmec, we combine mechanical expertise, advanced technologies and in-depth knowledge of the electrical sector to manufacture enclosures that enhance and protect the electronics they contain.

Standard enclosures vs custom enclosures: what’s the difference?

Standard electrical cabinets available on the market are designed to meet general requirements and offer predefined dimensions and configurations. They are quick solutions, but often involve compromises: on-site modifications, wasted internal space, difficulties in component layout or integration with other systems.

A custom enclosure, on the other hand, is developed around a specific project. Every dimension, cut-out, ventilation system and closure solution is designed to perfectly match the electrical components, the installation environment and applicable standards. The result? Cleaner installations, easier maintenance, fewer hidden costs and greater long-term reliability.

For electrical installers, this also represents a competitive advantage: the ability to offer differentiated, technically superior and customized solutions that increase the perceived value of the service provided.

Designing custom enclosures: technical and functional criteria

The design of an enclosure for electrical control panels starts with an analysis of technical and operational requirements. What are the key parameters to consider?

Sizing and internal layout

Each enclosure must house electrical components while ensuring sufficient space for wiring, ventilation and future expansions. A custom design optimizes external dimensions and maximizes usable internal space, avoiding unnecessary oversizing.

IP protection rating

The choice of IP rating depends on the installation environment: dusty industrial settings, outdoor installations exposed to weather conditions, or areas with humidity or liquids require enclosures with appropriate protection levels. At elmec, we manufacture enclosures compliant with different IP classes, thanks to precise manufacturing processes and certified gaskets.

Accessibility and maintainability

A well-designed enclosure facilitates access to internal components. Hinged doors with robust hinges, removable mounting plates, organized cable entry systems and secure yet practical locking mechanisms make installation and maintenance operations faster and more efficient.

Thermal management and ventilation

Electronic components generate heat that must be effectively dissipated to prevent malfunctions or damage. Strategically positioned ventilation grilles, appropriate material thicknesses, selected materials and proper ventilation design contribute to keeping internal temperatures under control.

Regulatory compliance and CE marking

Any enclosure intended for electrical applications must comply with European regulations concerning electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility and material conformity. At elmec, we manage sheet metal processing through traceable and documented processes, supporting customers in preparing the technical documentation required for the CE certification process of the electrical control panel.

Key manufacturing processes for custom electrical enclosures

Manufacturing a custom enclosure requires specific technical expertise and high-precision technologies. At elmec, we manage all key processes in-house to ensure quality, repeatability and compliance.

Precision fiber laser cutting

Fiber laser cutting allows the production of complex geometries with tight tolerances, even on thin sheets or reflective materials such as stainless steel. This technology ensures speed, flexibility and minimal deformation, making it ideal for doors, internal mounting plates, closing panels and other custom-designed components.

CNC-controlled bending

CNC bending ensures precise and repeatable angles, which are essential for proper enclosure closure and component fitting. Our latest-generation press brakes process sheets of various thicknesses while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring consistency from prototype to series production.

Punching and fastener insertion

Automated punching enables the creation of holes, cut-outs and seats for self-clinching fasteners with millimetric precision. These elements simplify final assembly and provide mechanical robustness to internal connections, reducing assembly time and improving overall enclosure strength.

Welding and assembly

When required, we perform certified welding on steel and stainless steel, ensuring strong joints suitable for meeting the protection requirements defined by the project. Final assembly is handled internally, delivering complete enclosures ready for electrical installation.

Materials and finishes for long-lasting enclosures

The choice of materials and surface treatments directly affects enclosure durability, safety and performance.

Stainless steel for critical environments

Stainless steel offers corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning and mechanical robustness. It is the ideal choice for industrial environments, outdoor applications or areas with chemical exposure. Post-processing passivation restores the natural protective layer, ensuring long-term performance.

Carbon steel with advanced coatings

For less demanding applications, carbon steel is a cost-effective alternative. Combined with surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating or Zn-Al-Mg coatings (such as Magnelis), it provides adequate corrosion protection and mechanical strength.

Aluminium for lightness and thermal conductivity

Where weight is a critical factor or improved thermal dissipation is required, aluminium is an optimal solution. Anodizing enhances surface resistance and offers high-quality aesthetic finishes.

Benefits for electrical installers and system integrators

Choosing custom enclosures for electrical control panels means investing in solutions that simplify daily work and improve final results.

Commercial differentiation

Offering customized solutions allows installers to stand out from competitors, providing end customers with higher-quality service and technically stronger projects.

Reduced installation time

Custom-designed enclosures minimize on-site modifications, simplify wiring and speed up component installation. Less time means lower costs and greater operational efficiency.

Increased reliability and safety

A well-designed enclosure protects electronics from impacts, dust, humidity and interference, reducing the risk of malfunctions and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.

Design flexibility

From rapid prototyping to series production, the ability to adapt every enclosure detail to specific requirements enables complex projects to be managed without technical compromises.

Designing metal enclosures for electronic equipment means finding the right balance between protection against external agents and effective thermal management. Simply enclosing components is not enough: an engineered solution is required to ensure reliable performance, regulatory compliance and optimal integration with the electronics.

For electronic device manufacturers, system integrators and companies developing IoT solutions, industrial automation or HMI systems, the choice of enclosure directly affects product lifespan, operational safety and market competitiveness. At elmec, we manufacture custom metal housings that combine precision CNC machining, certified materials and advanced technical finishes, providing your electronics with the protection they deserve.

Why choose custom metal enclosures

Standard enclosures available on the market are designed for general needs: fixed dimensions, limited protection ratings and rigid internal configurations. When a project requires precise technical specifications, these compromises can lead to integration issues, component overheating, assembly difficulties or inadequate performance in the operating environment.

A custom metal enclosure is developed starting from real application requirements: optimized dimensions, appropriate IP rating, engineered ventilation, and materials selected for thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. Every detail is designed to enhance the electronics and simplify the work of those who integrate, assemble and maintain them over time.

For electronics manufacturers, this approach also means reducing time-to-market: an enclosure designed together with the device eliminates subsequent modifications, accelerates validation testing and improves the perceived quality of the finished product.

IP protection: choosing the right rating for the application

The IP (Ingress Protection) rating defines the enclosure’s resistance to dust, liquids and accidental contact. Selecting the correct IP rating is essential to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

IP54 and IP65: protection against dust and water jets

IP54 housings provide protection against dust and water splashes, making them suitable for indoor industrial environments or protected applications.
IP65 ensures complete protection against dust and resistance to water jets from any direction, making it ideal for devices installed in production areas, warehouses or partially sheltered outdoor environments.

IP66 and IP67: maximum protection for critical environments

IP67 guarantees total protection against dust and temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter in depth.
IP66, on the other hand, ensures protection against powerful water jets and is suitable for process plants or marine installations.

At elmec, we manufacture enclosures compliant with different IP classes through precise mechanical machining, certified gaskets and closure systems designed to maintain sealing performance over time. Each enclosure is tested and documented to ensure declared compliance.

Thermal management: handling heat in metal enclosures

Electronic components generate heat, and inadequate dissipation can lead to malfunctions, reduced performance or premature failures. Thermal management in a metal enclosure depends on several design and construction factors.

Material selection and optimal thickness

Aluminium offers excellent thermal conductivity and low weight, making it particularly suitable for heat dissipation by conduction when integrated into a properly engineered thermal design of the enclosure.
Stainless steel, while having lower thermal conductivity, provides superior robustness and corrosion resistance. The choice depends on the application: stainless steel is preferred in critical outdoor environments, while aluminium is ideal where weight reduction and thermal performance are priorities.

Integrated ventilation systems

Strategically positioned ventilation grilles promote natural air circulation, reducing internal temperature without active components, when compatible with the IP protection rating required by the application.
Vent opening design must still preserve the required IP rating: we use grilles with dust filters and engineered designs that prevent liquid ingress, ensuring protection and ventilation at the same time.

Finned surfaces and integrated heat sinks

For applications with high heat generation, we can integrate finned surfaces or heat sinks directly into the enclosure structure, increasing the heat exchange surface and improving passive thermal dissipation efficiency under the operating conditions defined by the project.

Surface treatments for thermal control

Surface finishes influence the thermal emissivity of metals. Aluminium anodizing, for example, improves heat dissipation by radiation. Specific coatings can be selected to optimize thermal properties without compromising corrosion protection.

Designing the enclosure as an active system

Effective heat management starts with mechanical enclosure design, not with fans or heat sinks added later.

Preliminary thermal analysis

Before defining geometries and materials, we evaluate dissipated power, critical heat-generation points and maximum operating temperatures. This allows correct dimensioning of thicknesses, heat exchange surfaces and natural ventilation systems.

Geometries optimized for convection

Inclined walls, geometries that promote upward airflow and strategic positioning of openings: every detail affects natural convection efficiency. Our CNC machining capabilities enable the production of optimized profiles that maximize heat exchange surfaces.

PCB-to-enclosure thermal coupling

For critical thermal loads, we design mounting interfaces that ensure effective and controlled thermal contact between heat-generating components and metal enclosure walls. The use of thermal interface materials and intermediate plates efficiently transfers heat to the outside.

Integrated forced ventilation

When natural convection is not sufficient, we integrate provisions for fans with dust filters, compatibly with the IP rating required by the project. Grilles are designed to maximize airflow while minimizing contaminant ingress.

Surface finishes for performance and durability

Surface treatments are not merely aesthetic: they directly affect corrosion resistance, electrical properties, thermal dissipation and regulatory compliance.

Anodizing for aluminium

Anodizing creates a protective oxide layer that increases abrasion and corrosion resistance, improves electrical insulation and enhances thermal dissipation. Available in different colors, it also enables aesthetic customization consistent with product identity.

Passivation for stainless steel

Passivation restores the natural protective layer of stainless steel after machining, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance. It is a key treatment for enclosures intended for critical environments or outdoor applications.

Galvanizing and powder coating

For carbon steel, galvanizing provides an effective corrosion barrier. Powder coating adds further protection, visual uniformity and color customization, while maintaining high mechanical and chemical resistance.

Nickel plating for conductivity and protection

Chemical or electrolytic nickel plating improves wear resistance and chemical durability while maintaining good electrical conductivity. It is particularly suitable for enclosures requiring EMI shielding in combination with proper EMC design, or reliable electrical contacts.

Industry 4.0 and incentives: opportunities to innovate

In recent months, many electronics-sector companies have leveraged Industry 4.0 incentives to upgrade production lines or develop new interconnected products. These projects often require advanced metal enclosures with specific features for integrating sensors, monitoring systems and data communication.

Custom elmec enclosures can integrate:

IoT sensor provisions: holes, cable glands and supports designed to house environmental, vibration and temperature monitoring devices

EMI/RFI shielding: to protect electronics from electromagnetic interference in complex industrial environments

Quick-mounting systems: to simplify maintenance and technical interventions, reducing machine downtime

Permanent labeling and marking: QR codes, serial numbers or technical information directly marked on the enclosure for Industry 4.0 traceability

The ability to customize every aspect of the enclosure allows companies to maximize technology investments and deliver innovative solutions that stand out in the market.

Choose elmec for your custom metal enclosures

Whether you need to develop a housing for a new IoT device, an IP67 enclosure for outdoor applications or an integrated solution for an industrial automation system, elmec is a technical partner capable of turning your requirements into concrete solutions.

From metal fabrication to custom electronic enclosures, we develop products that protect, last and integrate seamlessly with your electronics.

Ready to design your next custom metal enclosure?
Contact us for a technical consultation: we will analyze your needs together and propose the most effective solution for your project.

Taglio laser a fibra

Inserimento fasteners e operazioni complementari

Materiali e finiture

Lavoriamo acciaio inox, alluminio e acciai rivestiti, inclusi aluzinc e Magnelis®.
A seconda dell’applicazione, possiamo abbinare diversi trattamenti superficiali:

Passivazione inox e zincatura per protezione dalla corrosione;

Nichelatura per migliorare la resistenza all’usura e la conducibilità di contatto;

Anodizzazione per incrementare la resistenza ad abrasione e corrosione, offrendo isolamento elettrico quando richiesto;

In any project involving electronics, the choice of materials and the quality of metal fabrication are crucial factors determining the final product’s success and reliability. Among the various options available, stainless steel stands out as one of the most high-performing materials for the production of electronic enclosures, housings, and custom components.

Its exceptional strength, durability, and suitability for complex processing make it the ideal choice for applications requiring long-term precision and resistance.

At elmec, we’ve been transforming stainless steel into safe, functional solutions for years, designed to integrate seamlessly into your systems and devices. Our expertise in custom stainless steel processing allows us to deliver components that not only meet strict technical specifications but also exceed expectations in terms of performance and longevity.

Why choose stainless steel in electronic and mechanical applications?

Stainless steel is widely recognized for its excellent corrosion resistance—a key property when it comes to protecting sensitive electronics. But its advantages go far beyond that. This material offers a set of characteristics that make it indispensable in many contexts. Such as?

High dimensional stability and good machinability: Certain stainless steel grades are highly workable, allowing for the creation of complex, precise geometries with minimal deformation.

Compatibility with precision processes: Ideal for achieving tight tolerances even on thin sheets, enabling the production of extremely accurate components, especially with the right tooling and machinery.

Resistance to harsh environments: Stainless steel performs excellently in conditions with humidity, aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, thermal shocks, or UV exposure, all while maintaining its mechanical and protective properties.

Hygiene and cleanability: Its smooth, non-porous surfaces make it particularly suitable for industries with high hygiene standards, such as medical, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.

In the field of mechanical components for electronics, stainless steel is widely used to protect sensitive parts such as electronic boards, modules, actuators, displays, and control systems. Its long-term reliability is especially crucial for outdoor installations or industrial environments with a high presence of contaminants.

From sheet metal to finished enclosure: every step matters

Each project begins with a specific functional need—whether it’s to contain, shield, dissipate heat, or support electronic components. That’s why, at elmec, custom stainless steel processing is never a standardized procedure. We manage every production phase in-house to ensure maximum attention to detail and constant quality control.

What can we offer?

High-precision laser cutting: We use CO₂ and fiber laser systems to cut complex and detailed shapes, even on small formats and varying thicknesses, optimizing material use and minimizing waste.

CNC bending: Our latest-generation press brakes perform precision bending with minimal tolerance deviation, ensuring dimensional consistency between the design and the finished product.

Punching: Automated punching machines are used to create holes, threading seats, and deformations with high precision. This step is essential to prepare the sheet metal for fastener application and ensure secure, accurate fastening.

Assembly and integration: We provide in-house mechanical assembly to deliver fully integrated solutions, ready for your production line.

The result? Sturdy yet precisely engineered components and enclosures that interact perfectly with electronic systems.

Surface treatments: when the finish makes the difference

Stainless steel naturally forms a passive chromium oxide layer that provides its intrinsic corrosion resistance. However, in certain circumstances—especially after machining or in highly aggressive environments—specific surface treatments may be needed to restore or enhance this protective layer.

In other cases, targeted finishing treatments are used to:

Improve adhesion of protective coatings or aesthetic paints, ensuring longer-lasting finishes;

Achieve specific surface appearances consistent with the product’s design or branding needs;

Facilitate cleaning and sterilization in medical, food, or pharmaceutical environments where contamination is not an option.

On request, we can handle these treatments with internal resources and a certified network of expert local suppliers. This allows us to maintain full control over quality compliance, ensuring every component meets the highest technical and regulatory standards.

Application examples

The stainless steel solutions we deliver are extremely versatile and serve a wide range of industries. Our customers operate in sectors such as industrial automation, vision systems, HMI, railway transport, home automation, AV and broadcast, and energy management.

In all of these areas, stainless steel offers the perfect combination of mechanical strength, environmental resistance, and mounting precision. We produce shielded enclosures for sensitive modules (essential in automation or broadcasting), rugged HMI housings for industrial environments and vehicles, and support structures for displays and PCBs used in home automation or vision systems.

Our metal fabrication solutions ensure consistent precision and reliability—even with the tightest geometric tolerances—adapting to the needs of each industry.

Beyond stainless steel: other elmec solutions for metal fabrication

While stainless steel is ideal for many applications, our expertise in custom metal fabrication extends across a wide range of materials. For example, we also work with aluminum and its alloys—lightweight and conductive—as well as copper and brass.

We also process aluminized steel, valued for its corrosion and high-temperature resistance, and apply Magnelis® coatings—advanced metallic layers that offer superior protection even in the harshest environments.
Surface treatments and coatings for steel: types and applications

Steel is one of the most widely used materials in the industry—for good reason: it’s strong, durable, and incredibly versatile. But to get the most out of it—especially when used in complex environments, electronic systems, or heavy-duty applications—it must be carefully processed and treated.

Surface treatments and coatings for steel aren’t just about appearance; they are a critical part of the overall design. They help protect components, enhance their functionality, and, when needed, provide custom finishes. That’s why choosing the right solution is a technical decision—and one that elmec can help you make in the most effective way to achieve the expected results.

Why treat steel?

When working with components for electronic applications, every detail counts. Surface treatments for steel can significantly improve resistance to corrosion, wear, chemicals, or temperature variations. They also allow the metal to be adapted to the environment it will be used in, the stresses it will endure, and the technical requirements of each project.

For instance, in electronics, it’s common for steel components to undergo specific treatments to improve conductivity, prevent oxidation, or enhance heat dissipation. In

other cases, the focus may be aesthetic, functional, or both. The key is to evaluate, from the earliest project stages, how each choice will impact the final result.

Steel surface treatments: an overview of the most common types

There are many ways to enhance the properties of steel, but surface treatments have a particularly direct impact on its performance. Here’s an overview of the most widely used treatments, grouped by function, with a focus on their application in the electronics sector.

Protective treatments

Stainless steel passivation: A chemical treatment that, following any required pickling steps, creates a protective chromium oxide layer and significantly increases corrosion resistance. Essential for long-term durability in harsh environments and for optimizing the adhesion of further coatings or paints.

Zinc coating (galvanization): Comes in different forms. Hot-dip galvanizing is ideal for highly corrosive outdoor environments due to its thicker protective layer. Electroplating produces a thinner, more uniform layer suitable for tighter tolerances and aesthetic needs. Both methods provide excellent protection against moisture and weathering.

Electroless or electrolytic nickel plating: Enhances resistance to wear, friction, and chemicals. Electroless nickel ensures a uniform coating even on complex geometries.

Aesthetic and functional treatments

Satin finishing, sandblasting, polishing: Improve appearance, remove imperfections, and simplify subsequent processes. Ideal for visible or design-driven components.

Copper plating, tinning, silvering, gilding: Conductive or decorative coatings, mainly used to enhance solderability and electrical contact. When applied to steel, they usually require intermediate layers or special pre-treatment.

Powder or liquid painting: Both offer protection and customization. Powder coating provides greater durability and is suited for simpler shapes, while liquid painting offers more flexibility and is better for complex geometries.

Special treatments

Clear coating (zapponatura): A transparent protective resin coating, typically acrylic or polyurethane-based. Ideal for chromed or polished surfaces, it preserves the metal’s appearance and protects against scratches and oxidation.

Laser marking, screen printing, pad printing, digital printing: Enable permanent, precise, and long-lasting identification, coding, or customization of components.

Advanced,etal coatings

In addition to post-processing treatments, some coatings are applied during the sheet metal production phase. Examples include aluminized steel, Aluzinc®, and Magnelis®—solutions that combine excellent mechanical properties with high corrosion resistance.

Aluminized steel: A coating made of aluminum and silicon alloy that improves heat and corrosion resistance while enhancing mechanical strength.

Aluzinc®: A coating of aluminum, zinc, and silicon that increases resistance to heat, corrosion, and abrasion—while offering an aesthetically pleasing finish.

Magnelis®: A zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy that provides superior protection in aggressive environments, with self-healing capabilities that ensure continuous protection even after minor damage.

Pre-treated materials can streamline production processes and deliver long-term high performance—especially in complex fields such as electronics and related sectors: automation, HMI, audio and video systems, energy management, home automation, and more.

The elmec advantage: your trusted partner

We understand how critical surface treatments are—and we know that in a complex industry like mechanical solutions for electronics, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Every metal surface must be designed to last, protect electronics, enhance performance, meet specific technical requirements, and ensure consistency with its intended use.

That’s why, in addition to our in-house expertise in metal fabrication, we offer integrated surface treatment services during the production phase—backed by a highly skilled internal team and a well-established network of specialized technical partners.

As your single point of contact, we manage every step of your project: from selecting the most suitable treatment to coordinating production and ensuring final quality. Whether it’s a one-off part or a series production, each component is treated to integrate seamlessly into your systems and installations—with the performance you can rely on over time.

Want to find the right treatment for your project?

Let’s talk. Get in touch with our technical team and let’s analyze your idea together!

When we think of electrical panels and cabinets, the focus often falls on the complexity of their electronics. Yet, another key player is ensuring their optimal performance: the metal enclosure. Often overlooked, it is this mechanical structure that guarantees the efficiency, durability, and safety of the entire system.

Crafted through technical expertise, custom design, and meticulous attention to detail, metal enclosures for electrical panels do much more than simply “house” components — they enhance every aspect of your projects.

What makes an enclosure truly effective for electrical panels and cabinets? And why is elmec the right partner to build it?

What is an electrical panel enclosure, and why is it important?

An enclosure is the mechanical structure that houses and organizes the electrical components of a system. Cabinets, frames, and mounting supports are designed to protect delicate devices while maintaining high performance and shielding them from external agents.

In industrial, civil, and plant engineering sectors, enclosures serve as the critical interface between technology and the surrounding environment. They must perfectly accommodate internal electronics while ensuring organization, accessibility, protection, and operational longevity.

While off-the-shelf solutions might be sufficient in some cases, custom enclosures are increasingly preferred, engineered to meet real, specific needs and to fit your electronics like a tailored suit.

Key features of metal enclosures for electrical panels

A high-quality electrical enclosure is designed to match the demands of the industrial sector in which it will operate — whether automation, HMI, building automation, energy management, or other fields — and to meet the specific requirements of the electronics it protects.

Robustness and durability are essential. Enclosures must provide an adequate IP rating against dust and liquids and withstand impacts, vibrations, humidity, extreme temperatures, and corrosive agents. In industrial or outdoor environments, enclosure strength is what separates a reliable system from a problematic one.

Accessibility and functionality are just as critical. A well-designed structure simplifies installation, maintenance, and inspections. Smart openings, well-arranged internal plates, organized cable routing, and modular layouts make technicians’ work easier and safer.

Customization and compatibility with the housed electronics are the final keys. Dimensions, opening systems, ventilation solutions, cut-outs, and every other detail must align with the equipment’s needs. Only with such precise integration can you achieve optimal, high-performance results.

Choices regarding design, manufacturing processes, materials, and surface finishes directly impact the final performance. The workmanship determines how well the product meets technical requirements; materials ensure compatibility with the operating environment; finishes protect the

structure over time, enhance material properties, or add aesthetic value. A well-considered combination of all these elements results in a solid, truly tailor-made product.

Core components of electrical panel enclosures

Each enclosure incorporates components designed to ensure stability, logical device organization, and practical, efficient interaction with the electronics inside. The most common components include:

Main enclosures, in monobloc or modular versions, to suit different spaces and configurations.

Doors and hinges, often with gaskets for IP sealing and built to withstand mechanical wear.

Internal plates and support brackets, essential for orderly component mounting and system stability.

Cable entries and trunking systems, facilitating cabling and maintenance.

Ventilation grilles, improving heat dissipation.

Mounting and locking systems, ensuring both security and ease of access.

Other modular and customizable accessories.

These elements, carefully selected and combined, allow the enclosure to evolve alongside your system, providing maximum design flexibility and excellent scalability for future expansions.

The advantages of partnering with elmec

When people ask us what we do best, we prefer to answer with facts and case studies. At elmec, we specialize in manufacturing metal enclosures for electrical panels, cabinets, and equipment that are built to perform, built to last, and built to simplify your daily operations.

We manage all core production processes in-house: cutting, bending, surface finishing, and CNC milling. When additional capabilities are needed, we rely on a trusted network of external partners with whom we have long-standing collaborations, ensuring complete, integrated solutions.

We manufacture both custom enclosures tailored to your specific needs and standard solutions that immediately address more common requirements. We also provide additional services, including sampling, electronics integration, packaging, and lean production management.

In short, we aim to be the partner who immediately understands your needs and knows exactly how to deliver.
Contact us today to design your next electrical panel enclosure — we’re ready to provide the technical support you’re looking for!
