What have 40 years of experience taught us?

Elmec has been designing and manufacturing mechanical components for electronic applications since 1981: exactly 40 years have passed since Gianfranco Palini, the founder of the company, took the first step towards that synergy between electronics and mechanics that is now the heart of our business.

Since then, innovation has continued to be the leitmotif of elmec and all its choices. It represents the desire to be proactive and versatile, which leads us to build up know-how across multiple industrial sectors and to constantly introduce new cutting-edge technologies in our production plants.

It also represents the intention to look to the future of elmec with enormous ambition, motivating us to expand into new markets and to keep shaping our sales network with new perspectives. Our confidence in the power of digitisation has also pushed us to renew our internal processes in-depth, to redesign our corporate image and to celebrate our 40th birthday with a website featuring a completely new graphic design.

Furthermore, as we are accustomed to giving the utmost importance to every result and every milestone, we celebrated our four decades of activity together with an exclusive event for the elmec team: on 10 July at the theatre in elmec, in the company of comedian Vincenzo Regis.

So what have our 40 years taught us? That every arrival is just a new point of departure!
