During our dedicated kids’ days, we open our doors to our employees’ children, turning the company into a magical place where they can discover how our products come to life.

The journey begins with a special encounter: Big Mecky, the friendly giant who greets everyone with his metallic gaze and an incredible story to tell. From videos narrating Mecky’s origins in the valleys of Brescia to his arrival at elmec where he found his purpose, the little explorers’ curiosity keeps growing.

With helmets on and safety vests donned, the children venture into our departments: from the sheet metal section to the precision of milling and the buzzing energy of the shipping department. Every stop is a mix of laughter, curious questions, and wide-eyed wonder.

And like every great adventure, it ends on a sweet note: a group snack to wrap up a special day where even the youngest discover what it means to be part of the elmec world.
