geometrie complesse o materiali riflettenti.<br \/>Consente modifiche rapide al design senza costi di attrezzaggio, riducendo tempi e scarti in fase prototipale e di piccola serie.<\/p><h3><strong>Punzonatura combinata con taglio laser<\/strong><\/h3><p>La linea combinata punzonatura + taglio laser permette di integrare due processi in un\u2019unica fase produttiva, con un importante vantaggio in termini di tempi e flessibilit\u00e0.<br \/>\u00c8 possibile realizzare spacchi, forature, bugnature o svasature direttamente in macchina, riducendo le operazioni successive e mantenendo elevata la precisione su ogni pezzo.<\/p><h3><strong>Fresatura CNC di precisione<\/strong><\/h3><p>La fresatura CNC consente di ottenere superfici perfettamente planari, accoppiamenti precisi e dettagli estetici di alta qualit\u00e0, indispensabili nei contenitori meccanici per l\u2019elettronica.<br \/>Le nostre lavorazioni garantiscono <strong>finiture superficiali di alta risultato, dal prototipo alla produzione in serie.<\/p><h3><strong>Inserimento fasteners e operazioni complementari<\/strong><\/h3><p>A valle della punzonatura, gli inserti autoaggancianti (fasteners) vengono applicati in stazioni dedicate, assicurando un montaggio rapido e una tenuta meccanica elevata.<br \/>Questo consente di ridurre i tempi di assemblaggio e garantire robustezza nelle connessioni tra le parti.<\/p><h2><strong>Materiali e finiture<\/strong><\/h2><p>Lavoriamo acciaio inox, alluminio e acciai rivestiti, inclusi aluzinc e Magnelis\u00ae.<br \/>A seconda dell\u2019applicazione, possiamo abbinare diversi trattamenti superficiali:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Passivazione inox<\/strong> e <strong>zincatura<\/strong> per protezione dalla finalizzata a verificare che <strong>tutti i requisiti tecnici e qualitativi<\/strong> siano rispettati prima dell\u2019avvio della produzione in serie.<\/p><p>Questo approccio consente di individuare
